I would highly recommend Kate to anyone suffering from BPPV. I had on and off symptoms for several months and saw different GPs and another physio, but Kate was the first person who truly understood that was going on. She is a genuine vestibular specialist, extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. After ONE treatment with her, my dizziness resolved! I’m truly grateful for her help and caring and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone dealing with BPPV.
Disgusting management. Bullying and harassment of staff is acceptable behaviour in this toxic workplace. They don't train staff properly (or at all) and set them up to fail. They don't take bullying seriously and allow it to happen despite multiple formal complaints to managers and HR. Shame on all the people involved in this disgusting behaviour. I don't know how you can sleep at night. Absolutely appalling behaviour.
I couldn’t move my neck for a long time, and sitting at work for 8 hours a day was incredibly painful. But after seeing Andrew, I feel like a new person! He gave me some great exercises and used needling to release a lot of the tension and pain. The difference is amazing. I’m finally getting relief. 10/10 service. Thank you, Andrew, for everything! Also a big thank you to the amazing staff. always so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family!
I found that a significant amount of time during my visits was spent explaining the mechanics of body parts and potential issues, rather than focusing on my recovery. The emphasis seemed to be more on perpetuating a cycle of continuous appointments rather than actively working towards a resolution.
Gavin is a miracle worker. I’d had persistent hip and lower back pain that wasn’t going away with physiotherapy provided elsewhere. With his support I was pain free in about 2 weeks. My issues were related to Brazilian jiu jitsu, and seeing a physio who completely understood not just the physiology but also the unique demands of this sport is amazing. The exercises Gavin gave me were directly applicable to bjj and now form part of my warm routine before training.
