I grew up having PT once a week every week and dreading it. Also, there was next to no improvement. Now, as an old lady, I'm finding I look forward to PT. They are quick to respond to my unique needs, are friendly and very personable, and listen to me. Thanks to all
Generally had a good experience with the PT there but really frustrated with the billing process. First for some reason they stopped running my card and I end up with this huge bill and then there is no communication about outstanding payments and I don't find out until a debt collector sends a notification. I don't need dings on my credit report for an outstanding $30. A phone call or text message about outstanding payment would save a lot of aggravation and grief.
Nick, Christian, and the admin team here are awesome! Nick is very attentive and adjusted/customized my post-op protocol to better fit my return to high-level athletics. Lots of equipment, just missing heavy free weights >40lb. If you’re nice they might even let you control the music choice during your appointment. Highly recommend!
