Showed up for my Dr. referred appointment and was told ahead of time that they took my insurance. When I got there they told me that because I have two forms of insurance that they could not take my insurance. I informed them that every place I have gone that takes my insurance usually picks the one that works with their practice. I had huge l5 s1 disc herniation slamming against my sciatic nerve. 6 months of terrible pain with no relief, unable to put on shoes, bend or sit. After trying Chiro, shots in spine, other physical therapy places, nothing worked.
