Managed to delete my entire contacts list, plus an apocalyptic issue with a pdf which had consumed all my storage space. The guy who served me was absolutely brilliant, he fixed both issues which were frankly ( boomer) beyond me. No charge even after I protested, so I bought a new charge cable. Couldn't recommend the Vincentia outlet more highly. Excellent ( & non judgemental) customer service.
