Ollie and the team are fantastic. My mum has been here many times for phone help - she is older and not very tech savvy. Guys in the Optus Shop always say they don't know and can't help her. Probably to get rid of the extra work. Both mum and her friend go to The Phone Surgery often when they need help and always get the best service! Highly recommended.
Always so friendly, helpful and fair when I have a phone issue. Today Matt saved me from sending my phone off for a 10-day warranty repair which would have been so inconvenient and costly. And eh fixed th issue on minutes, with a smile.
Highly recommend Adam at phone surgery Nowra. Adam fixed my shattered screen in impressive time and was very friendly. Very reasonably priced also. Thanks mate
