10/10 Service from Keith, was honest and fixed my phone in under a minute, Didn’t try to misdiagnose problems or be dishonest to make a sale.
Matt is AMAZING!!! He sorted my phone out in a jiff, was really professional & respectful (despite dealing w/ a total techtard)!
What amazing service. Went in with an iPhone that we assumed had battery problems. The lovely Keith opened up the phone and realised it was not a battery issue. Keith explained the process and what was wrong with the phone. He could’ve easily charged us for a new battery and sent us on our way, however he consulted us and was honest and open and guided us on the next steps. Thank you for kind and honest work Keith :)
