The best shop in Ottawa
I’m looking for a phone shop to repair a broken iPhone. I have not been yet been to The Phone Shop but I always check reviews. In the past year there were 92 reviews. 90 gave FIVE stars ratings and 2 gave ONE stars. Of the negative reviews one was a restaurant review and obviously in the wrong place. The other said it was a scam, they stole his data and reported it to the police. The owner replied in detail saying he was willing to work with the police to correct this. Employee was very polite and clearly explained the issue with my phone. He was also generous and didn’t require me to pay for cleaning despite it taking several minutes of work. Highly recommend going here.
I stopped by to get my phone fixed because it had stopped charging. I was worried that my phone would need a bunch of replacement parts but the person working there gave it a cleaning before anything else and within a few minutes my phone was fixed and charging normally. If I come across any more issues with my devices I'm definitely coming back to this store for repairs.
