Very friendly and helpful staff. They cleaned my phone charging port for free and recommend that no one try to clean it on their own as it may damage the phone more.Ā
Shane and Dan have been amazing. Each time I go into the Phone Shop I learn something new. Just now I wanted a USB C to jack adapter and Shane was honest enough to tell me I could get around the issue in a different way that didn't involve buying anything from him. That's a guy you wanna take your gadgets too! I guess he knew I'd buy from them as Dan had explained previously that there are qualities of charger units.
