Always great service from the peeps here. This situation involved teen forgetting phone password. Locked out unable to get back on. Obviously this was a drama of epic proportions. Why we went to Apple to try and resolve this first is now beyond me. They were useless beyond the option of buying a new phone. We went to phone shop and for £15 they did it for us.
