They scraped some paint off the keys during a laptop cleaning. **Took it to another repair shop that said whoever repaired it before did some poor soldering/used GLUE around the battery which is why I continued to have issues. RUINED my expensive laptop.

Wonderful guys
Staff are very nice and professional, but they scraped a little paint off some tops of the key caps during a laptop cleaning. Wasn't too bad, but still affects resale value. Not sure how it happened from cleaning the internals, but it would have been nice if they mentioned & apologized for it. It's like getting an oil change and seeing some noticeable dents in your car that 100% wasn't there before. I didn't make a big deal, but some people would.
