Very disappointed even regretting to visited phone doc lanark, very bad quality replacement screens that break extremely easily and also had a green line down the middle of the iPad within a few days of getting it back (LCD damage that wasn't checked) even though it hadn't even been used yet, iPad is now completely unusable after it somehow smashed after falling onto a couch? so now i can't use the screen again- it also didn't work with the pencil and also can't be sold as obviously not the original apple screen (was aware i... read more
We have been into the phone doc to get our sons phone screen repaired, guy book the phone took some time to repaired it but charge us more than the price he gave us on phone still we paid much he wanted, we left shop once we reached home phone completely goes blank and random lines keep comes n goes we went back same day but shop were shut then we went there next day and he keep making excuses and accusing us like we did something wrong with phone, he said he will charge us again to get it fix since he already charge us too ... read more
There so reasonable with their prices and the service is brilliant
The Phone Doc offers first rate service! He takes the time to investigate problems, repair them and then go the extra mile for you, if necessary. Last month he took my broken phone and made the indicated repair but it became clear more internal damage had been done when the phone overheated. So he kept my phone, while I bought a new one , and worked on it till it was functioning again, at some financial cost to himself. Some guy! We're lucky to have him in Lanark.
