We've been into the shop twice with different issues, once with the wife's phone with a cracked screen, she was told it was only the outer cover which she had a spare.She fully expected it to need repairing at cost so the honesty of this guy is to be admired. I then had an issue with my phone which I thought was out of warranty, I was advised to double check only too find it was still covered.
