I am not at all happy with the repairs to my phone. I initially took it in to have my cracked screen replaced, after a month the screen stopped responding so I took it back to the store, after a week or 2 I was then advised that there were issues with the actual phone and the screen not working was related to phone issues not screen issues negating the warranty as it only applies to the screen replacement. I have had a few phones fixed over the years with these guys , highly recommended, very professional.
Terrible experience! Literally broke my laptop and is not fixing! I toke it for simple replacement of screen due to crack and lcd leaking. I offered my charger and laptop bag upon drop off. He said my charger was not required . A week later I went to pick up my laptop, he said it was all fixed and it’ was just flat and needed to be charged. This made me abit weary but I accepted , made a $350 payment and went home .
