Terrible experience! Literally broke my laptop and is not fixing! I toke it for simple replacement of screen due to crack and lcd leaking. I offered my charger and laptop bag upon drop off. He said my charger was not required . A week later I went to pick up my laptop, he said it was all fixed and it’ was just flat and needed to be charged. Recently purchased a product to help keep a track of my belongings for peace of mind, and the technician/receptionist was great and also friendly at providing after sales support to customers and the experience was quick and easy with minimal wait times for the customer.
