I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel I lost money bringing my phone here and sharing my experience might save someone else. Here’s what happened: • I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the back glass replaced and decided on the spot to also get a new battery. (Mind you I didn’t need one I just figured after a year my phone could use it) • When picking up my phone, paying $300 total, he accidentally cracked the OLED screen, creating a bright green line. Walked in with a broken phone expecting to have to fork out $500-$600 for a new one. This guy found the problem, said it will be ready in an hour and it only cost $149, he even cleaned it up just because he thought he needed it without charging, super nice guy will definitely be back.
Disappointed as I’ve used these guys in the past and never had an issue however I took my phone for a screen replacement and what should have been an easy fix ended up taking almost two months of continuously taking my phone back and fourth although I got a refund in the end it was a complete waste of time and my phone constantly freezes when not connected to wifi which wasn’t a concern prior
