I had seen wedding videos by The Phoenix Coalition before we booked them and what stood out to me was how well the feeling of the day was captured. We hired him for our wedding and because of a mixup, he wasn’t able to be at our wedding so he said that he would refund us. That was over a month ago without a refund or an update.

We still haven’t received our refund, and it has been over a month after being told that we would have the full refund in “a couple of weeks.” We had a miscommunication on our wedding contract and we weren’t able to have him shoot our wedding.

Dusty was amazing! Was such a pleasure to be around had awesome energy, engaging and just a lovely person to be around! Was extremely helpful with helping us and working with us due to our budget and we can not say enough good things about him.
