The compassion, care, knowledge and kindness of the leadership team at this facility is second to none. Lateesha met me very last minute, early on a Saturday morning, and toured the facility with me and answered my endless questions. I never felt any pressure, only concern that I do what was best for my parents. Highly recommend.

My Dad is at Phoenix at union hall and this place is a joke and not safe. They are so under staffed in memory care that people are being neglected. They blame everything on being under staffed, and I found this out from the nurses. The food is terrible!! The state came in and scored them a 43. That's so unexceptable. He's had rashes on his lower extremities that my mother's had to take him to the hospital. All the residents do is sit in front of a TV all That's where they put them.
