Everyone encountered during visit was exceptionally nice & helpful.
Beautiful Place and friendly staff
Disappointed in the end. Seemed great initially but lots of unfulfilled promises regarding staffing numbers and care. First shift staff did okay but second and third shift were not who you want caring for your loved one. Reported concerns were ignored. Be prepared to not be allowed to stay for declining and end of life care. If your loved one becomes too much trouble, you will be asked to leave. New buildings do not equal quality elder care.
