I moved my mom into The Phoenix at James Creek a few months before COVID. At the time, I was told by a gentleman who said his mom lives there that the food was one of the best things about the place -- and that's one of the main reasons I chose it. Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth. The food is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't serve some of it to anyone. The facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing as they truly love and attend so attentively to the residents. By far the shining star is Victoria, as her professionalism, knowledge, care, insight and attention to detail is above reproach. I highly recommend, if your loved one needs special care.

Experiencing a decision like this is so challenging and difficult. My father in law took a turn that we could not have expected. Suddenly we had many decisions to make that we were not prepared to make. We were directed to The Phoenix at James Creek. We had lived in the area for many years but were unaware of this facility. Victoria was so kind and gave us a tour of The Phoenix. We had never seen anything like this as it was like being at a lodge in Colorado. My father was a resident of the memory care unit. The staff is beyond great in caring for my dad. The facility is clean. Highly recommend.
