The facility is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff is amazing as they truly love and attend so attentively to the residents. By far the shining star is Victoria, as her professionalism, knowledge, care, insight and attention to detail is above reproach. I highly recommend, if your loved one needs special care.
Experiencing a decision like this is so challenging and difficult. My father in law took a turn that we could not have expected. Suddenly we had many decisions to make that we were not prepared to make. We were directed to The Phoenix at James Creek. We had lived in the area for many years but were unaware of this facility. My father was a resident of the memory care unit. The staff is beyond great in caring for my dad. The facility is clean. Highly recommend.
The Phoenix @ James Creek is a fantastic facility for your loved ones. The staff show compassion, dignity and wonderful care for the residents. Without leaving a resident feeling as if they no longer have their independence the care staff encourages the resident to do the best they can in daily activities.
