The facility, the staff, the leadership, all are exceptional. They made our father’s stay as pleasant as it could be. He was in The Pearl neighborhood and we felt like family with all of the other residents and the team that cared for them.

I'm not sure where to begin. My mother-in-law, being eighty four at the time was ready to sell her house after many decades. And after many weeks of looking for the right fit, she along with my husband, (her son) found The Phoenix!! Cindy, was wonderful!! Updated review: March 18, 2026 Since mom fell in January and the result was losing the ability to walk, she required a lot more assistance in her assisted living apartment. I want to name employees that worked above and beyond to help her and our family! Brandi Powell is of a high position as the assistant director, but you would never know it! I have been trying to reach someone here, to book a tour for my dad's move, for 3 weeks. Filled out the online request, nothing. Left messages with the automated attendant twice, nothing. Got through to the front desk, she transfered me directly to the VM of the person who handles tours and marketing, no return call. Apparently they dont need new business.
