I was there Saturday and was interested in a $35 fish that has been there for 4-5 months and supplies around $150 worth of stuff. Recently I had installed new flooring and had to drain my tank to move it, so I needed to do a few things to get the temperature and pentameters dialed in. I am not one to leave reviews, but this place deserves one. The GM at this location is rude and unprofessional, the staff lacks training and knowledge to be helpful and efficient at their jobs! I was directed to purchase an ADF and two glass cats which were completely wrong for my aquarium setup so when i attempted to go back and EXCHANGE not even requesting a refund the GM denied me, when I explained that this was their employees mistake he still denied me and stated I could "donate" them back. Hands down one of the best shops in town. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shop is well maintained and has a variety of critters. Highly recommended!

Best place for exotic pets, fish feeders and pet supplies in the whole state. The owners are insanely cool people and take great care of their customers and their employees. They also carry dog food for a great price too!
I’ve had numerous pleasant transactions at this store but the one that means the most to me- was completely free. I recently had a bad experience with purchasing some leopard geckos online from a breeder who was dishonest about their ages. I got very young hatchlings instead of the 2-3 month old babies I had prepared for and they wouldn’t eat! I just got home with my live Brine Shrimp (2 portions). Diffently not worth the money. it had so many tiny pieces or debris. But after I put it in a clear container of tank water. There were only 10 Shrimp. Will not buy again. Time to find a new supplier.
I just love this place! The owners and employees truly care about you and your pets!
