I scheduled an appointment with Kyrsten after spending several months at a different pelvic floor PT practice and seeing no progress in my recovery from a difficult birth. I am so glad I switched practices! I saw so much progress from working with Kyrsten - she really addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of healing postpartum. Very grateful for her compassionate care!

Any postpartum mom should consider pelvic floor physical therapy, and I think Kyrsten is one of the best! I felt comfortable and heard in our appointments and she really helped me recover from pregnancy and birth. I had a C-section, so I didn’t expect to need pelvic floor PT, but I did, and it helped so much.

I really enjoyed working with Kyrsten. She helped me recover more quickly then I expected from a difficult delivery. I especially appreciated her compassionate and goal-oriented approach that was tailored to my needs and lifestyle. Working with her was a very positive experience and I strongly recommend her for anyone in need of a pelvic floor therapist.

Kyrsten is awesome to work with! I never felt intimidated or judged. She focuses on you as a whole rather than just completing the treatment. She has been great in helping me work with my C-section scar and also helped me with back/sacral pain while pregnant. Would recommend her to anyone even thinking about doing pelvic PT and definitely anyone that is pregnant or newly postpartum!

I went to see Kyrsten about my diastasis recti and was really down after she told me it was 8+ centimeters and that I would need at least a year of therapy to resolve it. I'm happy to say that with her guidance, I was able to resolve my DR to about 1cm in roughly 10 months! I never felt judged or that I was being talked down to, something I've experienced from other medical providers. Kyrsten was easy to talk to and me feel like I could ask any question, no matter how silly or stupid I felt the question was. I highly recomme... read more
