Such a relaxing massage, one of the best I’ve ever had. Great prices too & I can also claim with my health insurance.
Literally the perfect balance! I have been going to this studio for over 18 months for both massage and group pilates. No massage is this same and Jo has an amazing ability to treat any issues with a clinical focus but also manages to incorporate a relaxing massage at the same time. The group fitness pilates is suitable for all levels and ages and is very accomodating of any injuries you may have. I love my weekly Pilate sessions! Highly recommended visiting Jo, Jess and the team at the Perfect Balance.
Jo & her Pilates studio is a 10/10. Great community & so much variety with the workouts and circuits with a mix of reformer and mat Pilates.
I've been seeing Josette regularly for a few years now. Her remedial massage skills are incredible and she always skillfully alleviates muscle soreness, knots and pain specifically lower back and piriformis pain. Jo is such a lovely person too. Couldn't recommend Jo highly enough.
Absolutely love my pilates class at the Perfect Balance. I have attended larger size classes 10-15 per class and have felt lost and overwhelmed. At the Perfect Balance the maximum per class is 5 and feels like one on one attention. Would highly recommend these classes for anyone looking to improve their strength and balance. Mezza
