The staff are hostile and rude. They just openly hate their customers.
Try to use my bank card to make a purchase for the massive sum of 150... Well, that put people's bank in a frenzy. They spent 2 hours calling me on the phone verifying that it had made this purchase. What the heck??? Is this not my own money?
So they called me I missed your call. I called them back to find out why my bank was calling me. It took them two hours. They couldn’t figure out and their solution? To hang up on me! And blame me for calling them. I was doing the polite thing in returning their call.
Always terrible service, there’s a specific lady with brown hair who's always so rude. Ive heard her making snarky comments about me to her colleagues multiple times. She’s rude and unprofessional. It’s crazy I drive to Elletsville instead of my hometown just to deposit money.
