Love the branch manager in Nashville! Staff is always friendly and helpful. One star less for not having an ATM that will take deposits.
Refused to accept a government issued paper ID issued by the BMV to open an account for my mom, but let my nephew (a minor) open his own account using only his high school identification card. When I called to see if someone could explain the legality of this to me, I was not allowed to speak while the branch manager rudely told me that we were not going to discuss my nephews ability to open an account.
