The slowest drive thru I have ever experienced in my life . Everyone at this bank is in slow motion . Thank goodness I didn't have anything important to do this morning bc I would have been late .
Extremely horrible customer service… They changed the mobile app and did not even inform any customers about that. No one ever answers the phone or emails. Overall, Save you a headache and get you a different bank.
Good bank but horrible customer service when trying to call and speak to anyone at all. Should change the name because there is no help or consideration for actual people
