We banked with the Spring Green PCB for many, many years, but recently the bank closed our accounts after we communicated to them that we had been fraudulently charged for a vacation rental in a town that we had not even visited. We communicated with the rental in question and shared all communications between ourselves and the rental to PCB that proved our case. Good place bank
PCB is what a bank should be! I've been a customer here for many years, receiving great service at every turn. The staff treats you like a customer, not a number. I recently had a cross-country financial crisis where I needed enough money to buy a car for my son in California. I was also in California with him! I called the PCB and spoke with Joy. She was able to move some money between our accounts instantly and solve my problem. Easy as could be. During the Pandemic, they helped me negotiate the confusing PPP loan process.... read more
