Only 2 ladies working the windows , one of them was working with mail ( I think ) but she wasn’t helping the line in the lobby , then a drive up window customer shows up and she helps her before helping us rude and unprofessional ! So I ask her if we should go to the drive up to get help then she tells me there’s only 2 of us…. , I invite the branch manager to check their cameras and see the long wait we had and talk to their employees regarding good customers service
