Terrible customer service, the ladies inside have the worst attitudes and entitlement that I have ever seen. Will not recommend anyone to use this bank ever.
I like the convenience of a small time bank. My renters are able to deposit the rent directly into my accounts and since I live in Middle Tennessee, that's a plus.
