After the loss of a loved one, I had business with both banks in Medicine Lodge. The Peoples Bank was kind and compassionate in a difficult time for our family. They provided a high level of customer service in every dealing we had with them. Meanwhile, a few blocks away at Citizens Bank we were treated VERY poorly. So much so that we concluded our business with Citizens and moved accounts to The Peoples Bank. great bank! been using them for a while now. everyone who’ve i’ve spoken to is always very sweet and professional.
Was in a abused women's shelter when I get a very rude call about automatic payments that go through my PayPal that was linked to mine and my ex's account. That was the last thing I was worried about after being kicked out on the street. They were his bills anyways. Thank God I can use a different bank unlike him who owes the other bank . Cheri or however it's spelled learn to be professional and not let some man sweet talk you with lies.
