William Pender and his team were awesome at helping me to close on a mortgage for a new home in Keowee Key. They were able to pull all the strings and close in only 9 days. The reason to rush was not their fault but very poor service from my existing lender. They kept me and my realtor informed throughout the entire process. They were kind, helpful, and honest. They tried to give me the best rate they could. I am so happy for their help.
Everyone we spoke to was friendly and efficient. This was the easiest part of the house buying process!
Overall it was a great experience! They got everything done quick! For me personally, the one thing that wasnt perfect was the multiple auto generated emails for papers still needed even if i had already submitted them. But im old school. But, Will was awesome! He was on top of things! Even when he was on Vacation he contacted me. And Gavin was great too! Reaching out for any concern I had! I would gladly recommend them to anyone!
Will was super helpful, even helped me find insurance, contractors, and more!
