I highly recommend seeing Theresa at The Pelvic Room! I went to her for pelvic floor issues post-two C-sections, became pregnant with my third, and saw her all throughout my pregnancy to prep for potential VBAC. She taught me proper breathing, exercises, and form to optimize baby’s positioning and I was able to VBAC successfully! Theresa is so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does and I plan to be back for recovery work soon!
Theresa is absolutely amazing! As a local chiropractor I have had a few of my own clients see her, and myself have also gotten in to the pelvic room - and she is the BEST. She is amazing at explaining everything to her clients, and really wants them to understand the process, benefits, and importance of the pelvic floor. She is a wealth of knowledge, and this community is blessed to have such an amazing pelvic floor therapist here!

I've been practicing PT myself for about 15 years, so to say I'm picking would be an understatement (clinical snob would probably be more truthful)! Theresa is the best. I came to see her after I had ongoing pain after my total hip replacement. I had seen multiple other PTs and chiropractors in the area but I knew I was missing something.
