Theresa is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable in her hands and she has done an amazing job of improving my overall flexibility and health. I highly recommend the pelvic room!
I highly recommend seeing Theresa at The Pelvic Room! I went to her for pelvic floor issues post-two C-sections, became pregnant with my third, and saw her all throughout my pregnancy to prep for potential VBAC. She taught me proper breathing, exercises, and form to optimize baby’s positioning and I was able to VBAC successfully! Theresa is so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does and I plan to be back for recovery work soon!
Theresa is absolutely amazing! As a local chiropractor I have had a few of my own clients see her, and myself have also gotten in to the pelvic room - and she is the BEST. She is amazing at explaining everything to her clients, and really wants them to understand the process, benefits, and importance of the pelvic floor. She is a wealth of knowledge, and this community is blessed to have such an amazing pelvic floor therapist here!
