super fast, super friendly, and supportive - in and out in about 20 minutes and they hardly charged us for adjustments on daughters bike. we'll be back with more muney to spend!
I had a great experience here. I brought my 9 year old bike in for a tune up. I thought I needed a new bike. Craig inspected it, made a few adjustments. No tune up was needed and it was way less money. Craig even loaded my bike to my car. Stellar service. I will be back to buy a new. Ike this fall.
I asked for a price to lace up a new hub. The tech quoted it at just over a $150. I said, "Oh, that seems a little pricey." He looked me in the eyes, then turned and said, "Who's next?" $60 bucks and it was done to perfection at empire. Not sure why I went to peddler in the first place.
Very nice workers and a quick and easy fix. Took in my Aarisk e-Bike for a squeak in the front. When I got in was quickly helped and went to adjustments, bending the rotor straight since it was a little bent, then took care of some dryness. Very easy, knew what it was to fix, friendly, and cheap. Would recommend
Don’t let the majority of these guys reviews allow you to make your decision to service your bike here . These Guys seem like some straight-out-of high school kids. I dropped my bike off to get the breaks bled, new chain, & some minor adjustments they said would be helpful. I dropped my bike off April 13th, they said for the work I needed done it should take right around 1-week to at most a week and a half.
