Stopped by Peddler Bike Shop yesterday and even though it was pretty busy, the staff didn’t miss a beat. I was helped quickly, and Wyman took care of my repair in no time. Really appreciate the efficient service and friendly vibe—definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!
Poor customer service took them a while to acknowledge me and the guy who helped me had to have the worst customer service i ever experienced in a business. Was crunching on potato chips in my face while talking me about my bike saying I overpaid for my bike and I should try and do the repairs myself because it would cost me over 200 bucks and would be more than what the bike is worth. Also said service would be 10 to 12 days out before they could get to it. He actually discouraged me from service. Never going back here.
I dropped the bike off for a dropper cable, tuneup, cassette, and chain repair. The shop told me 10-15 business days for the repair. After 10-15 business days I had to call weekly for updates. Eventually the bike was in the shop for 3.5 weeks. The owner of Peddler apologized and got the job done. The owner also reached out on the phone about a dropper issue after the repairs before I picked it up but there was a misunderstanding on what the problem was. Awesome experience at the shop! I brought my bike in for a tune up, and to repair the seat. Great service, the employees are very helpful and considerate. They provided a clear, honest assessment before starting work, they're very quick, thorough and efficient. My bike feels brand new! I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.
Great place. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
