I came in with a bunch of questions and needing help with my bike but wayman I probably spelled that wrong truly answered every question went above and beyond very helpful 10/10 highly recommend
I stopped by expecting at least a basic customer service experience, but that wasn't the case. There were three employees in the shop standing around chatting, and not a single one acknowledged me or asked, "How can I help you?" I'm not expecting red carpet treatment, just the fundamentals of customer service. I was actually looking for a mountain bike but after telling Craig that I needed it for commute he suggested to go for a hybrid bike. I test rode both and immediately felt that the hybrid bike felt lighter and comfortable. I got my bike the next day and rode it home, enjoyed every second of it. Thanks Craig and being patient and helpful. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for new bikes.
I had a flat tire on my E-Bike and it got fixed within a couple of hours. I told them I'll get it tomorrow. It cost about $65.⁰⁰ with tax. Not bad. Loved it. It's fixed and I can going riding again.
This is a fantastic bike shop with trails right outside the front door. Friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve bought several bikes from them and have always had a good experience. Huge shout out to Zach. He has more than once taken the time to understand my needs, talk me through different solutions, and offers up help and experience with a casual and comfortable rapport. You rock dude! I’m a very happy customer!
