Disorganized bike experts selling flashy gear and entitlement. There’s a reason why you don’t let the mechanics manage the retail space there Chief. I took my 2022 Trek Domane SL 6 into The Peddler Cedar Park on September 21st for what I expected to be a straightforward Super Tune (new cables & housing, bar tape, and cleaning.) I ended up being convinced to go with the Elite Service, for an extra $20, which included a hydraulic brake bleed. I hadn’t had any braking problems, but decided to go ahead and do the bleed on their recommendation that it should be done annually. I love bringing my son's electric bike in for repairs. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. My son, who's special needs, rides his electric bike to work and has experienced some flats, some bings and some other breakdowns and they've always been helpful and fast at all the repairs. I highly recommend you taking your bikes in for any repairs.
