Had my son’s E bike flat tire replaced. They quoted me one price over the phone. After hauling my bike there they quoted me a higher price when I picked the bike up. They said the brakes don’t work anymore when they worked fine before. The service technician then proceeded to pointed me to a manual if I wanted to fix it myself or pay him an additional $60 to repair them. Very disappointed with service.
Sean was awesome. I was on a budget, and they had good prices. And he was very consultative and explaining to me my options, and what I could do, he also fixed my friend's bike on the spot!
Mica was amazing help! He helped my wife get into her her new bike and took his time to show her how it works. We r very happy with customer service. We will be back thank u so much for making our day even better
I wanted a bike for commuting. Upon walking in, staff immediately asked what I was looking for & showed me great options that fit me well (I’m a woman on the shorter side). They even went out of their way to adjust the seat so that my bicycle would fit better (IDK if that’s standard but I thought it was nice) + they take military discounts. Great store & staff.
