I am a nurse 👩🏻⚕ 🩺💊 💉liaison for Advocate Home Health for about 6 years. I have to often call Pearl of Hinsdale regarding home health referrals sent to our agency. I want to give a praise🙌 to Steve. He always picks up the phone with a positive ⭐ attitude, friendly, & such a gentleman. Today he went out of his way for me. I couldn’t get a hold of the social worker. My Sister had a great stay here. She needed a few weeks of rehab. The team was great Mike in therapy was very helpful. Valerie and Kristina were a great duo for guidance through the process. I mean from the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with a Huge Smile from Stephan a gentle Chicago Bear at reception. God Bless all of the Pearl from the kind gentleman at the front desk that greets you to housekeeping that keeps the building clean and sanitary, maintenance, that answered any questions or provided a new remote right away, the kitchen staff that prepared nutritious good meals (LOVED all the deserts!!) all admin team members who always had a smile and a kind word as they past the room or saw us in the hallway, OT/PT/SPT for believing in my husband working with him to get his life back, the CNA’s that perform their duties with... read more
When my late uncle was placed there after being diagnosed with terminal cancer we wanted to make sure he is as comfortable as he can be. The staff and management at The Pearl were always very understanding, and were trying to anticipate out needs. They gave us great recommendations when we weren't sure what to do. If you ever need a nursing home for your loved ones, this is highly recommend.
