Zero stars for this facility. My mother was there two weeks ago. When I came to visit her she had to use the bathroom. We buzzed for assistance twice to no avail. During the following week several family members attempted to call my mother. We contacted the desk and one assistant stated she would go to my mother’s room and call me back. The Pearl of Crystal Lake has an amazing team of professionals that always go above and beyond for their patients. I would highly recommend them.
While I do not take pleasure in writing this review as there are certainly some members of staff that are exceptional, I feel I must for due consideration of the next people who may be subject to rehabilitation at The Pearl. Firstly, I work for a hospital in healthcare. My grandmother was there for about 3 weeks. She’s allergic to fish, yet they served her fish sandwiches on more than one occasion.
