You guys did a crap job at takeing care of my grandma not giving her the correct diet for diabetes and not making sure she had water in her water pitcher the room being nasty crap all over her floor yall are terrible Im glad my family took my grandma out of your facility
Our mother has been at the Pearl in the memory wing since March 4, 2025. It was the best decision we her 3 children made to give her the 24/7 oversight care we were unable le to provide. I see her 4 days a week and she receives excellent care from the daily caregivers. She enjoys the food and facility is beautiful. The Pearls executive director Rebekah Tidwell provides oversight that is most excellent.
