Loved the resort. I did not appreciate the valet parking. There should be an option for regular parking.
Nice resort. We were off-season (summer) so not everything was open. Beautiful location. A very enjoyable stay.
No Air Conditioning in the room was a surprise.
Expérience hyper décevante ! Hotel hyper cher (service voiturier facturé en plus 38 dollars) et rien à disposition, ni petit déjeuner (un simple café à l'emporter) ni restaurant dans l'hôtel..... vraiment nul ! Nous qui avons l'habitude de voyager, cet hôtel est de loin le pire que nous ayons fait !
We were disappointed with The Peaks for several reasons. For a high quality resort, there were no phone charging outlets which even a Holiday Inn now have in the room. I use a CPAP machine and there were no electric outlets near the bed or even on the lamp which again much lesser places have. I had to string my cord across the room to one available outlet in the closet sharing the plug with the refrigerator. The noise from the construction was ridiculous.
