Meditation class at The Peaceful Heart has helped me to quiet my mind and learn many new ways to positively focus my energy. Meditating in a group is very beneficial. Whether we have something to share about our experience in meditation or not there is a feeling of unity as we meditate together to the skillfully guided meditations that Carla provides. I feel these classes have helped me spiritually and emotionally. I have new skills, new friends and I am forever thankful.
