I’m sure most of the positive reviews are inflated because of the duck show, but when it comes to the actual stay, it was terrible. The temperature control in the room was a nightmare—there was no in-between. It was either freezing or unbearably hot. I woke up at 2 a.m. to the room being 83 degrees, even though the heater was set to 70. What made this even more frustrating is that staff clearly knew this was a common issue with this room. *this is a review only of the public areas, I did not stay in the hotel* This hotel is super cool! It has 3 restaurants and a bakery for food Some clothing shops and gift shops And the best part the fountain and the ducks! It's amazing! The hotel doesn't look great from the outside but dang the inside is beautiful
