My visit there was one of the best. ROOM was pretty, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful architecture, elegant but warm atmosphere. Great dining and shopping.

Reposting because my original review got deleted. We booked a stay at the Peabody for my wife's birthday. We booked a room and paid for it in advance. When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. It took over 2 hours to find the reservation. Unfortunately, they no longer had the handicap room we had paid for. When we checked in, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The front desk told me to find housekeeping and have them clean the bathroom. The phone in the room was broken and had to be replaced.
