I had an excellent, world class experience at the Pawn Shop on 9th Street. Eli, the store manager, understood my needs and met them. It was 5:15pm and I needed to pick up my repaired computer at a location that was 20 minutes away. I brought in a quality ring, asked to pawn for a certain(reasonable) amount. He then agreed with no haggling!
