Having a bad experience here is really nobody's fault but mine, in 1986 I had my first bad experience which turned into a rolling theme over the next 39 years it doesn't matter if I came in 2-3 times a year or once every 3-4 it almost always ended in a bad experience also, in other visits while waiting for help I witnessed several times other customers who was dealing with rudeness, being taken advantage of (cause they can) people after getting house robbed having to buy their own stuff back .
