If somebody was dying, they would be dead by the time staff arrived.
I want to share a few words about the experience for my husband recently. Everyone at the pavilion were kind, welcoming, and ready to help. I would like to see a few words on the behalf of Tiffany, CNN and Jennifer unit manager. They were so loving and caring for my husband; always there for him whenever he needed them! They were great!
Do not have services for observing patients with dementia on a regular basis for safety on the rehab side. . (They put mats around the bed) the nurses/aide’s(some not all) didn’t seem to want talk about pt care/progress, were very few(not seen checking on patients, very slow on answering call bell.(4min). Facility: Very clean, bright, no urine smell, room clean but in disarray at time after bathing/changing) I would have to come in and put her car items back on her dresser. My mom was at The Pavillion recently, and we were very pleased with the care she received! Everyone was friendly and attentive, and my mom was treated with respect and kindness. She commented on how good the food was and we were very pleased to see her eating three meals a day – which is a big improvement for her. The admission specialist, Yesenia, was super helpful during my mom‘s discharge from the hospital and getting her settled in at The Pavillion.
