Such a great experience! The staff was amazing and the facility is clean. At the end of the day, they are going to give you EVERYTHING you need but it is what you put into it that matters. My 93 year old mother spent 8 days at the Pavillion after breaking several ribs and the staff took care of her so well. We were pleased with how kind and responsive everyone was from the nurses, aides, social worker, therapists and the activities coordinator (thank you for the crossword puzzles!). A special shout out to Calvin who my mom called her “best friend.”
Facilities are a little dated and need better upkeep but it’s clean and in a great area. The staff are all very kind, Mr. Rodney is always very nice and accommodating.
