My father has been in the Pavilion at Brightmore since October 2024. We are very pleased with the facility. Particularly today I want to give a huge shout out to MaryAnn Masullo, the Activity Director and her department. MaryAnn and her assistant, Dee, make such a difference to my Dad and many residents there. This is my 2nd visit to The Pavilion at Brightmore and I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone is friendly and highly competent.
Our beloved Mom (90 1/2 yo) was trfrd here after a hip replacement surgery. The PT at the hospital told us good things about this rehab. We experienced expert and kind care from the medical transport to Mom’s discharge. PT and OT as well as every staff member under the direction of Lexi Adams were wonderful to mom and to us. Every member welcomed us with warm and genuine smiles. They truly care about the patient. We were sorry to leave since genuine loving people like this are hard to duplicate. Thank you.
