I'm extremely pleased with the services I've received since my first appointment three months ago! I've had hair appointments and nail appointments and everything has been great.
This school is absolutely terrible. I was in the esthetics program full time this year, there is many problems within the school, disgusting towels, a steamer caught on fire. I addressed these issues to the school. it was never changed or addressed. I was told that if we kept addressing the issues within the school I would get terminated. Stephanie is a terrible esthetician instructor, she does not follow the pivot point lessons, she gets off of topic, cries to the students, spends a lot of time out of class. This happened during night shift- I requested a gel manicure and the person applied a regular nail polish, then removed it and added the gel, but it was not done the right way. I requested an appointment to repair 2 of my nails and it was granted, but after waiting for while, 45 minutes, my appointment was canceled without any explanation. I wasted my time! Effective communication is essential for a good customer services!
Nail tech classes are amazing thank you paul mitchell for a wonderful healthy experience! Even though there is I read complaints about the hair school but people must understand your coming to a school were we are students in training so most try to come for a cheap cut, dye or style, a cheap nail deal , or cheap massage is not the place for it so dont come here expecting some america top model make over , it's a school -It's technically practice for them and if you like your stylist u can stick w/that person until they grad... read more
