The Cranston location requires immediate attention. The establishment’s representation of the Paul Mitchell brand is severely lacking. Upon attempting to contact the location, it is challenging to reach a representative. When contacted, the staff exhibits unprofessional and rude behavior. I’ve gone here for several haircuts and I have always had a good experience. For the price point, you really can’t complain! I find the students are always very appreciative to have a real life model to utilize and the instructors seem to intervene whenever the students need advice or assistance.

The environment is NOT spa like at all. When I think of Paul Mitchell, a sophisticated brand name comes to mind. Not at this school. I have gone multiple times for a facial/back facial, and depending on the teacher and student, it definitely makes a difference regarding your experience. Unfortunately, recently, the day and night teachers that were very good at providing a professional environment, have left due to the direction the school has taken. I have gone to the school for twenty years My stylist is 21.shei informed me that she moved in with 34 year old I simply said becareful. On the way back from the wash I was trying to. Sit down my hair was wet. I kind ly tapped the female student on the shoulder to. Get bye. For those reasons Kerry the manager calked me and told me I was barred.She doesn't care about the truth at all.

Have been such a promoter of this place, telling everyone to go because the students do such a good job. People gave me a hard time for going here, and now they’re saying they were right. Spent 9 hours here yesterday and my hair is cool black/purple instead of blending my light brown roots into the existing warm light copper ends, as students and instructor had agreed and signed off on. Worse, I specifically wanted something that would be less work as it grows out, and this will need regular maintenance, which I don’t do. I ... read more
