My hair didn’t come out the way I wanted. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Honey blonde overall color. The instructor told me it looks like highlights. When i questioned why my hair had more brown in it. Sindy stated “I’m just doing what they told me to do”. She got the instructor and she said it’s gonna be more blonde and the brown was gonna be covered. She barely spoke to me and didn’t tell me she was leaving to let it sit. Our daughter recently graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in Cranston, Rhode Island, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. My husband and I had the opportunity to visit the school ourselves, and seeing the environment firsthand was incredibly meaningful. I'm very picky when it comes to getting my hair done. I've been to 2 professional salons in the past who didn't actually listen to what I wanted, so I figured I'd just let my natural hair color grow out. I decided recently I wanted my hair colored again, and wasn't sure where to go based on past experiences.
