Staff were friendly and some nice product but pricey
You will get your patio set fast. Drivers will play chicken on the highway just to make the delivery. Date was June 11. On hwy 616 just off hwy 2. Had a red van and trailer your logo all over both.
My Husband and I were looking for higher end patio furniture. We were seriously considering another company but we really set on supporting local. We happened to drive by The Patio Store and zoomed in to check it out. Karren was amazing. Her knowledge and pride in this company and product was wonderful. We were in to the Patio Store a few weeks ago looking to replace some aging furniture for our deck.Mary helped us out with a few options to consider in a few price ranges. I certainly appreciated that we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Attention to detail and arranging delivery were made easy. Delivery guys were just as professional and a pleasure to have at our home. KUDOS to the entire team!
