We recently had an excellent experience dealing with Karren at the Patio Store where we purchased a whole bunch of nice furniture for our new home in Belize. We thought the selection was very good, as were Karen’s recommendations. The after-sale service was very impressive, and when we had to make a last minute request to have the order delivered to Edmonton instead of Calgary, the response was “no problem,” and everything was delivered on time and VERY well wrapped up for the long trip to Belize. Staff were friendly and some nice product but pricey
You will get your patio set fast. Drivers will play chicken on the highway just to make the delivery. Date was June 11. On hwy 616 just off hwy 2. Had a red van and trailer your logo all over both.
My Husband and I were looking for higher end patio furniture. We were seriously considering another company but we really set on supporting local. We happened to drive by The Patio Store and zoomed in to check it out. Karren was amazing. Her knowledge and pride in this company and product was wonderful.
