I strongly recommend seeking an alternative facility for anyone considering Pathways Memory Care. Our family’s experience here has been deeply distressing due to systemic administrative failures and a severe lack of adequate patient oversight. While residing at this facility, my father suffered multiple falls because residents are frequently left alone for long stretches of time without any aides or nurses present.
