I was in the process of obtaining 2 patents at the same time and chose 2 different companies. Although this was not planned I was able to compare the processes of The Patent Profesor and Mars Rising. Being a regular person I was not certain about the process of obtaining a patent until I undertook the process. I am a suspicious retired police officer and have my Master's degree and I still found it daunting to navigate this process. Made an appointment online on a Friday for the following Monday. On Monday I called into the number that was provided only to find out this was only an appointment to make the appointment lol. The following day never received a callback for the appointment that I scheduled. You would think that with all the money they're spending on advertisements on Google etc. they would actually provide a better service. In the meantime you'll be blasted with spam text messages and emails. Keep up the good work guys.
Coming from the otherside of the globe to patent my invention in the USA was made easy by MR Rizvi. He makes you feel comfortable being a family man who is in every day life like every one of us.

I only gave one star because I had to post something..... BE AWARE! I had to have my patent redone completely and they found multiple mistakes in the âsearchâ etc....and I paid much less. The second patent office was excellent....the Patent Professor is a âpatent factoryâ in my view and does wretched work. Do you homework!
It was a pleasure working with Mr. John Rizvi to file a provisional patent. Even I live in Europe, the communication was excellent. I'm happy with their work, and can definitely recommend Mr. Rizvi as a patent attorney. Surely I'll use their services agin, for other future projects I have in mind.
Bogus Search and Wasted Time and Money Yes they did their expert search and supposedly found 7 items to refute that were not even close to my idea. So of course your falsely enthusiastic about moving forward. Now 2 1/2 years later and thousands of $s spent on their services, my patent was rejected because there was a very similar patent already issued. Iâd of happily paid the search fee if it was legitimate. And if they were honest this obvious patent would of been revealed and I could of saved the heart ache and money. ... read more
John Rizvi assisted me with my patent and I could not be more satisfied. If I have another idea or if a family member or friend has an idea, I could not think of a better person to help them with a patent than him.
