Rowena is absolutely amazing. Like literal chef’s kiss. I called her, asked if she sewed patches onto bags and my LV Neverfull goes so hard now. I didn’t really carry this bag before and now I am obsessed. And talk about was easy to sit with, schedule, talked me through the process and made great suggestions. I felt very understood and heard. She’s bananas with that machine and her customer service was beyond top tier!!! I am officially never leaving her.
Disappointing Custom Order and Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with this shop regarding a custom hat patch order. From the start, the process was riddled with mistakes.
