I had three uniform shirts embroidered with my business logo. I am glad to have come across Ms. Rowena's business. Very professional and price points are perfect! She walked me through the process, kept me updated on the progress and sent me several proofs (in color and black/white. As you can see from the photo, the black/white looked so much better against a black background) so that I could approve the design. I am a customer for life and will definitely spread the word. Rowena is absolutely amazing. Like literal chef’s kiss. I called her, asked if she sewed patches onto bags and my LV Neverfull goes so hard now. I didn’t really carry this bag before and now I am obsessed. And talk about was easy to sit with, schedule, talked me through the process and made great suggestions. I felt very understood and heard. She’s bananas with that machine and her customer service was beyond top tier!!! I am officially never leaving her.
Disappointing Custom Order and Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with this shop regarding a custom hat patch order. From the start, the process was riddled with mistakes. I sent the design, but it had to be corrected twice due to multiple misspellings on their end. This should’ve been a straightforward task, yet the errors were careless and frustrating.
