She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention an honest person who gives the utmost respect with your situation. Tina is your Go-To person and she’ll get the job done, you won’t get disappointed!
Paid for the 9 day turn around service. Had my appointment which was essentially was just them filling out the application for me and taking my photo. They then told me I'd need to go to a a 2nd appointment which turned out to just be at the Seattle City Community Service Center in the U District. I then learned they had fabricated false travel itinerary stating I was leaving weeks earlier than I'd stated at my appointment. I arrived at the 600 plaza and called a number to have someone from the passport office come down and get me. 7 minutes later no one had come down so I called again to check in, being unfamiliar with this process. Another 5 minutes later someone else came down saying they don't know where the passport person is but that we could go to their waiting area.
