Few tips to help your next trip her go better. 1. don't wear head phones in your passport phone (I had my shokz on i don't even feel them any more) thankfully there is a place in the building to get pic retaken but way over priced. 2. Make sure you sign your form in black ink I signed with a blue pen and had to re do the form. 3. If you want your passport same day make sure you come in before 10 am. For a government agency they where very friendly and fast.

I recommend this place for anyone who needs expedited passport services especially ask for their representative name Tina. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention an honest person who gives the utmost respect with your situation. Tina is your Go-To person and she’ll get the job done, you won’t get disappointed!
Paid for the 9 day turn around service. Had my appointment which was essentially was just them filling out the application for me and taking my photo. They then told me I'd need to go to a a 2nd appointment which turned out to just be at the Seattle City Community Service Center in the U District. I then learned they had fabricated false travel itinerary stating I was leaving weeks earlier than I'd stated at my appointment.
