Very quiet first thing in the morning, this is the best time for your appointments. Great resources.
I have never felt so comfortable with opening up about private things that I have never told any of my doctors or nurses or any one else when it comes down to my true struggles. My appointment was only scheduled for 20mins. The entire staff from the security officer, front desk person, the secretary, nurses and even the Dr. all of them made me feel so welcomed and that my voice did matter.
