Arrived for our appointment only to find the spa wasn't even open and ready for services! Booked a month in advance, paid my deposit, recieved confirmation of all my appointments. THANKS for wrecking our getaway. So very unprofessional and such a disappointment. I hope to recieve a refund for this inconvience.

Shady employees and management from our experience. My wife had to cancel an appointment with a decent amount of notice. She had contacted the company in regards to a refund as there was a problem booking and they had charged her the full amount instead of the required hold fee. The person she had talked to (on phone and email) told her it would be 5ish business days and she would see her refund back. Very disappointed with the services here. Not a great experience and the gel polish on 4 of my fingers chipped after 24 hours. Would not recommend.

Nigel is amazing! He was so accommodating! The staff is super professional and happy to help and serve!
