My mother Margarita has been at Bedrock since August. At the beginning we thought that she was not going to feel comfortable. Two weeks later she told me that she loved the place and felt very comfortable. Since then she has been at Bedrock. The staff are very friendly and professional and always available and willing to assist with your concerns. We are very satisfied with the outcome.I wish we had heard about bedrock sooner. The rooms are decrepit and the smell of urine is so strong it blinds you. Recent COVID OUTBREAK had been posted. By 10am my mom still had not had her breakfast. They took her laundry a week ago and still have not returned it. The baseboards are falling apart, the walls and floors are corroded as well as water pipes. The room has ants, roaches and flies.
