I have parked at the Parking Spot BNA for the last 5 years. Recently, they damaged my vehicle on two separate visits. The fist time, they came clean and an assistant manager showed me the damage. It was repaired and they paid for my rental car and a diminished value settlement. The second time, they did not alert me to the damage, but I had to bring it to their attention. I asked for the same settlement that I received the first time, and they declined to pay the diminished value. I pressed the issue and ultimately, instead of doing the right thing, apologizing, and trying to keep my business, they offered me thousands of dollars to keep quiet and never park there again. I was asking for $250 in diminished value in addition to the estimate from my repair shop and coverage for rental vehicle. Instead, they spent about this same amount having a mobile estimator review the damage and pulling a CarFax report. Then, they waited several weeks to follow up. Finally, they offered me less than my body shop said it would take to repair the damage that they caused. They also offered me a flat fee for the rental which leaves me exposed should the rental take longer than estimated. At this point, the issue is still unresolved. It is comical that they are saying that I can never park there again because they wrecked my vehicle twice. If I were you I would never park there either.

This is the worst run off all the locations. Piss poor technology and poor customer service. Shuttle is never at the airport when you arrive. They never get my reservation correct. Don’t trust this place with your vehicle.

Their buses drive erratic and one almost ran me off the road by not stopping at a stop sign (Bus #95). When I called to let them know that they have a driver that is putting people in danger, I got the “Manager”, “Chris” acted like he wasn’t concerned at all and I was bothering him. I will not be using their services and I would tell others to stay away if you are concerned with arriving safely to your destination.

We left our car for a four day getaway and were very pleased with their service! They are friendly and fast! Limo service to and from airport was so much fun as well! Highly recommend! Will be using them again in the future!

No problems. I was dropped off and picked up on time. Staff very courteous. Car was returned the same way as I left it.

I've used the service pretty consistently for years with my work travel. Today they really disappointed me. My car has been parked at their location for a week, and I pre paid for a full detail. When I arrived this morning, they hadn't even started working on my car. That is unacceptable. I will never use the service again.
