I went to Kristian with a tight hip/knee issue which was impacting my yoga and other exercises. After a couple of sessions he diagnosed the issue and began the slightly painful process of correcting it. He gave me advice and homework to do between sessions. My issue is completely resolved thanks to his help.
Went with a leg injury ,had physio and given advise how to prevent it happening again. Very professional.Did exactly what i needed it to do.Would recommend anyone to go here and get fixed!

Kristian Spoors is without doubt a master of his craft. Academically, practically and holistically the best Physiotherapist I have met (and there have been a few). It is not just treatment, it is a journey through cause and effect and ultimately remedy. No 'go away and do these exercises' rather hands on treatment and mobilisation of muscle and connective tissue.
