The Park at Surprise has changed a lot over the past two years. At first we did enjoy "eating like royalty" as advertised. However, with the changes in the economy, dining has gone from 3-4 stars to 2 stars ... sometimes not too far from a college cafeteria. The meats have gone from USDA choice to USDA select or worse. Chicken dishes have gone from "young fryers" to "retired setters", large and tough. Pork is also tough ... at times just inedible.
